CASE A Demo - Stamping with Friends Blog Hop
Art Gallery - CASE A DEMO!
Stamping with Friends Blog Hop
Hello my stamping friends.
Today we have another Stamping with Friends Blog Hop and this time we were asked to CASE another Demo who has inspired us! I immediately thought of Angie McKenzie, a fellow blog hopper with this group. Her projects always get me want to try something new and different from what I have done before or at least recently. After nearly 20 years of crafting with Stampin’ Up! and being a demo for over 16 years, I’ve done a lot! So new or renewed inspiration is always fun.
Okay, so today the project basically breaks down to stamping your own DSP or patterned paper. But here are the twists for this project:
-
Starting with an 8 ½ x 11 piece of cardstock
-
(I usually think of patterned paper as 12 x 12).
-
-
Leaving open white space on the cardstock
-
I usually think to fill the whole sheet, maybe leaving open space between images, but not much!
-
-
Stamp similar but not identical patterns with your stamps.
-
Shoot for unique instead of repeated patterns.
-
-
Cut that 8 ½ x 11 sheet of cardstock into 5 card fronts!
-
Awesome idea!!!! Create unique but similar projects.
-
Great for a set of giftable cards!
-
Okay, so this is the post that Angie shared with the Blog Hop last month. You can visit it with this link to see the way she breaks it all down! https://www.naturesinkspirations.com/2022/10/stamping-with-friends-christmas-card-blog-hop.html Here are a couple of the photos.
