Happy & Heartfelt with Forever Blossoms

Hello my stamping friends,

It's Friday, so I have a project for you to try over your weekend. This is actually a simple sketch idea that you could re-craft with any of your supplies.  Just follow the sketch idea and substitute you own collection of fun items.

I really love this Stitched Greenery Die we have that imprints these beautiful stitched leaves for a background.  Whether you choose to use as a large panel on your project, a background or trim it down to just be an element of your card, it's a win for you and the project.

Project Instructions:

  1. Cut a 8 ½” x 5 ½” piece of Basic White cardstock. Score at 4 ¼”. Fold in half to form a card base. Burnish crease using a Bone Folder.

  2. Emboss a 5 ¼” x 3” piece of Basic White with the Stitched Greenery Embossing Plate.

  3. Add a piece of Abstract Beauty DSP 1  1/4:” x 5 ¼” to the back edge of the embossed panel.  So that 1” shows.

  4. Now add to the front of the card with dimensionals.

  5. Die-cut a piece of Basic White cardstock with the Stitched so Sweetly Dies to make the tag the correct size for your sentiment and stamped flowers.

  6. Stamp your sentiment first.

  7. Now stamp the flower image next to the sentiment with Memento Ink.  Then color with your BLEND markers.

  8. Add to the card with dimensionals.

  9. Then add the pastel pearls for embellishment.
