In the Moment

Hello my stamping friends.

It’s Friday and I like to share projects you can follow along with at the end of the week.  Today I am sharing these two card projects I did a few months ago that feature the In The Moment stamp set.  At the time I was participating in a demo stamp together with my upline team the BZB stampers.  We are given the measurements of items to prepare and then we join a ZOOM call and we are taken through the project step by step.  Only, it’s a mystery card project… so we don’t actually see it being constructed, we have to listen and then interpret the directions to make our own cards.  Then we share them online in our team group and I am always amazed at all the variations in the different demo’s projects.

So today, I am sharing my projects with you.  Here is the Scrap It! Sketch for you with the measures of the different layers.   This is the project I shared above.

You can see I made the sentiment tags different, to fit the sentiment I wanted to use.  I also used different DSP samples for each card, but both came from the Pansy Petal DSP - 155807 which is now retired.  But I am sure you have lots of DSP you could  use to CASE this project.

Both cards were made using a watercolor technique, so I stamped the images with Staz-on Ink.   I let the DSP colors dictate my ink colors for each project as well. I used a few drops from my re-inkers in the lids of my ink pads along with the watercolor brushes to add ink to the images.  Of course you could add color with any assortment of ink methods.  So choose your favorite!
