Rustic Harvest with Peaceful Moments

For Global Design Project #350 Sketch Challenge

Hello my stamping friends.

This project was created to play along with the Global Design Projects Blog Sketch #350. I recently received this Rustic Harvest DSP with my mini catalog pre-order and I decided to break open the package and create something new with the sketch.

So let’s start with the sketch itself. You can link back to the original blog challenge post as well.

Okay, so we have here a simple sketch. I already decided to use the Rustic Harvest DSP, so that helped me narrow down my colors to Mossy Meadow, Cajun Craze, and Basic Black. Here are my parts & pieces that I started with.

Next I created the elements for my project CASE!

First I used the Stitched Greenery Die to die-cut or etch the leaf pattern into the card base. Then I die-cut a large circle with the Stylish Shapes Dies for my focal point. I cut two small banners for the embellishment behind the sentiment. In the final build of the card, I layered them together to make a longer banner. Finally, I stamped and heat embossed with Gold emboss powder the sentiment form Peaceful Moments stamp set.
