Forever Fern - 4 in 1 card

Forever Fern - 4 in 1 Cards

Hello my stamping friends.

Today I have a card that I crafted for a demo swap earlier this month.  The theme was springtime and green!  So I pulled my Forever Fern stamp set off the shelf, some green shades of ink and started stamping.

Now I actually started with an 8 ½” x 11” piece of Basic White cardstock and segmented it with score lines to create 4 boxed off panels.  Then stamped the panels along the center score lines.  Then cut them apart to create 4 similar but unique panels to make my cards.

Check out the Stampin’ Show & Tell tutorial to watch as I take this from start to finish.  Then if you have more questions, check out the tips below, or post a comment here, on YT, or send me an email.

Tutorial Tips:

Here are the simple supplies I started with.

Here are the ink colors and stamped images from the Forever Fern stamp set.

Here is the panel after I have stamped all the images, but before I trimmed them apart.

Now you can see the 4 panels for 4 cards from the one sheet of cardstock.  Each similar but unique as well.

To add texture I used this die on the Shaded Spruce cardstock front.  Before I added it to the standard Basic White cardbase.

Here is a close up look at the sentiment tag.

Poppy Dreams for #GDP386

Poppy Dreams for #GDP386

Hello my stamping friends.

Today I have a quick and simple card project to share with you.  I crafted this project  to play in the Global Design Project sketch challenge #GDP386.  And I was inspired by one of their team members' shared project.  So this is my take on the sketch and a CASE of Artisan Team Member, Madeleine Mrotzek.

Here is the base sketch from their blog, remember you can link back to the original post and see all the other wonderful creations paper crafters shared this week.

And here is the project that I CASE (Copy And Selectively Edited) for my project today.

So here is my project. I did it first in Black and White then added a pop of color to those poppies with my Sweet Sorbet Blend.

This was just the right project for my early Sunday morning! I just need a little bit of stamping time and this came together really quickly.  I hope you enjoyed my project.
