Measurements:
Card Base 11 x 4 ¼ [score at 5 ½]
Patterned Paper Scrap - 1 inch minimum each
Instructions:
Fold & Score your Card Base at 5 ½ inches.
Emboss the front with the Tasteful Textiles Embossing Folder.
Stamp the sentiment on the bottom of the base of the card.
Die-cut or paper punch 9 circles, about 1 inch in size.
Test position the circles, then adhere with Tombow adhesive.
Add Ribbon or Gems for added embellishment if you wish!
