Fabulous Flora ATC Cards

Fabulous Flora ATC Cards

Hello my stamping friends.

Today I am sharing Artist Trading Cards with all of you.  I crafted these three beauties for a swap with my Joy of Sets group on Facebook in the early Spring.  Since it is a hobbyist group, we are allowed to use any and all crafting supplies.  So I often will choose a retired favorite for my swaps.

ATC or Artist Trading Cards are typically 2 1/2 inches x 3 1/2 inches.  They can be crafted for just that purpose, to trade with others… or use them as your focal images on your card and page creations.

I used the Stitched So Sweetly dies to form my base layer, as one of the scalloped rectangle dies fit my measurements.  Then I added a dry embossed layer.  Next I stamped and colored with my Blends the images.  Which then got trimmed out with my paper snips and then all the layers were put together with dimensionals.  I add some retired pearl accents for embellishment as well.

I hope you enjoy this quick follow along tutorial.  Give this idea a try in your own crafting projects.  You may be pleasantly surprised how quickly small, detailed panels can be created.

Happy Stampin,

Susan
