Project Instructions:

  1. Cut a 8 ½” x 5 ½” piece of Pool Party cardstock. Score at 4 ¼”. Fold in half to form a card base. Burnish crease using a Bone Folder.

  2. Stamp the Forever Blossoms image with Versamark on the front of the cardstock, about 3 times.  Dust with White Emboss powder and then heat set with the Heat Tool.

  3. Now with Pool Party ink, stamp a Naturals Texture image over the top of the embossed images.  White clean with a shammy.

  4. Now die-cut the large Blossoms Die from a piece of 3” x 4 ¼” Pool Party cardstock. This will be the bottom layer of your embellishment.

  5. Die-cut the largest Tasteful Labels Die from 2” x 3” Vellum Cardstock.  Stamp your sentiment with Versamark ink on the right side and then dust with White Emboss powder and heat set.

  6. On a piece of scrap  Basic White cardstock and Memento Ink, stamp the image of the bird.  Then color with the Blend Markers.  Fussy cut the image out with Paper Snips.

  7. Now cut a length of the Frayed Edge White ribbon, about 5 inches. Tug on the seam at one end and unravel the threads to make a soft assortment of threads.  Tie the center off with a piece of the scrap edge to keep it all together.

  8. Build your focal point.  First add the ribbon to the card center. Then layer and adhere with dimensionals the die-cut blossom.  Next layer is your Vellum sentiment tag.  And then add the bird to complete.
