Measurements:

Card Base 11 x 4 ¼
Score Base at 5 ½
Front Panel 4 x 5 1/4
Center Liners (qty 2) 4 x 5 1/4
W-Inside Strip 1 x 11
Score at 2 ¾, 5 ½, 8 ¼
Front Focal Image (could be anything)
Mount 3 x 4
DSP 2 ¾ x 3 ¾
Inside Mount & DSP Layers
Mount (qty 4) 2 ¼ x 2 ¼
DSP (qty 4) 2 x 2

Instructions:
Cut an 11” x 4 ¼” piece of cardstock.
Score at 5 ½”, fold and burnish at the score line with your bone folder.
Add front and inside DSP panels to the cardbase.
Now Score the Inside Strip and then adhere the two end sections to the card. Leave the center two sections free to fold and unfold. The ends should line up with the edge of your cardbase.
Now layer your mounts and DSP panels, both the front and the inside. Then add them with adhesive to your project.
