Wildlife Wonder with Rings of Trees DSP

Wildlife Wonder with Rings of Trees DSP

 Hello my stamping friends.

Today I have this fun project featuring the Wildlife Wonder stamp set and the Rings of Love DSP from the Sale-a-bration promotion.  I have been sharing tips with my demo team about CASE-ing projects.  And this is one of the projects I shared with them.

CASE - Copy And Selectively Edit.

This project layout actually was first introduced to me a couple of years ago in the  CASE-ing Tuesday FB Group.  And I have used it in the past for projects I have shared with you.  Here is the catalog shared.

I have a photo tutorial for you below, but also this Stampin’ Show & Tell Video Demonstration to share that takes you through from start to finish with me. I hope you enjoy the tutorial, and leave me a comment, let me know if I inspired you today!

So I used this base sketch and then crafted my project to fit my chosen stamp set and embellishments.  I let the DSP - Rings of Love help me choose the colors: Balmy Blue, Soft Suede, Basic White.

Here are the supplies I started with.

Then I did some dry embossing on the cardbase with the Fern 3D Embossing Folder to give it a little texture in the background.  The stamping of images and sentiments was all completed with Soft Suede Ink.  Stamping the background images on the vellum panel and trimming out the bear to pop up on the vellum.

When all of our pieces are stamped and ready we can construct the card.

So first add the paper ribbon and the DSP panel to the card front.  Then add the vellum layer to the center and the bear should be added on top of the vellum with dimensionals.  I added liquid adhesive onto the card front, behind the vellum layer, where the bear would hide the adhesive.  Then add the sentiment with dimensionals as well.

Here is a look at the front and the inside together.

I would love to hear what you thought of this project.  Is it a pattern you will use in your own projects?  Thanks for visiting today.
