Wonderful World SAB Bundle

For CASE-ing Tuesday Sketch #362

Hello my stamping friends.

This project was inspired by the CASE-ing Tuesday FB Group today.  I’ve been crafting class projects with the Wonderful World SAB Bundle that has this lovely stamp set and DSP package.  So I had all these elements out on my crafting table.

I just followed the measurements on the sketch and pulled this project together rather quickly.  So if you are looking for a quick and easy sketch to craft with, this one is a winner!

You can see the original catalog sample and sketch - CASE-ing Tuesday FB Group sketch #362.  Here is the catalog sample and sketch shared.

Ink: Rich Razzleberry

Paper: Rich Razzleberry, Basic White, Vellum, Wonderful World (SAB) DSP

Embellishments: Metallic Edge Cotton Ribbon died with Mossy Meadow Blend

Tools: Simply Scored Tool, Stampin’ Trimmer, Bone Folder, Cut & Emboss Machine, Paper Snips

Adhesive: Dimensionals, Multipurpose Glue

Project Instructions:

  1. I started by making all the pieces and layers for my card.  Just follow the measurements on the sketch given.

  2. For my vellum layer, I decided to use the stylist and the Simply Score Tool to etch some lines into this layer.   I scored the full length every other ¼ inch and etched slightly shorter lines between them.  So I ended up with a corrugated vellum layer.

  3. Next I used my paper snips to fussy cut out a bloom from the Wonderful World DSP that features large assorted blooms.

  4. Die-cut from Basic White cardstock the circle and banner for my sketch elements.  I stamped on the banner with my sentiment from the Very Best Occasion stamp set in Rich Razzleberry ink to coordinate with my cardbase and DSP images.

  5. For the ribbon, I used my Mossy Meadow Blend and dyed the Metallic Edged Ribbon to match my project.  With about 8” of ribbon I tied myself a blow.

  6. Then just layer up the elements to complete the project.
